About Us

Our Firm

Mr. Clifford moved to Nevada from California in March of 2017 to open Clifford Senior Law. As a small firm, we are able to provide personal attention to each of our clients and can tailor our services to their particular needs. Whether creating an estate plan, applying for or appealing a denial of VA benefits, protecting your assets, or planning for the special needs of you or a loved one, your matter will be handled by Mr. Clifford himself, and not a paralegal or junior attorney. We understand that many people find it difficult, or even impossible, to leave their homes. In order to provide legal services to those in need, we will travel to your home, hospice, assisted living or skilled nursing facility. Of course, you can always schedule a meeting in our office in Henderson. We strive to be integrated and actively involved in the community we serve. Clifford Senior Law is proud to be a member of Spotlight Senior Services, the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau in Southern Nevada.

Patrick Clifford, Elder Law Attorney

Patrick Clifford was born and raised in Southern California. He earned his bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1989. Mr. Clifford worked for five years as a paralegal before attending law school at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He graduated law school with highest honors in December of 1997 and was admitted to practice law in California in 1998. Mr. Clifford practiced as a civil litigator for 18 years in California and was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2013. He is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada and is admitted to all State and Federal Courts in both states. Mr. Clifford developed an interest in elder law while experiencing firsthand the issues faced by his own elderly parents in the last years of their lives. Following the death of his 90-year old father in 2016, Mr. Clifford devoted his practice to elder law. Mr. Clifford is a member of the Elder Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada and of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Lawyers Association. He is also a member and graduate of the Elder Law College, and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Our Values

Commitment

Everything we do is to promote the best interests of our clients, who are always our highest priority.

Respect

We respect the hard work and achievements of our elders, and the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of our veterans, whom we are honored to serve. We are eternally grateful for the opportunities and freedoms that their contributions have made possible.

Service

We understand that members of the senior community are faced with many challenges and not just legal issues. We are committed to working with other businesses and providers of professional services to the elderly in order to meet those challenges and to make Southern Nevada the best possible home for everyone.

Integrity

Working with vulnerable members of society requires adherence to the highest moral standards, which we practice in all aspects of our business and professional representation.

Communication

Open, honest, and confidential communication is the cornerstone of any successful legal relationship. In order to provide the highest quality of representation, we attentively listen to our clients regarding their situations, and quickly respond to their inquiries.

Professionalism

Attorneys who act unethically or to the detriment of their clients undermine the legal profession and its ability to serve the public. We are dedicated to scrupulously upholding the rules of professional conduct, including maintaining client confidences, avoiding conflicts of interest, and diligently providing quality legal services at fair and reasonable rates.
